I really want to go hunting tomorrow, but I'm afraid it'll be a waste of time. I'm visiting my parents and the only area even remotely close is 30 minutes away and is a waterfowl production area. I don't have decoys, but I have a duck call and proper clothing of course

I would be very cautious of the fact that there are no waterfowl seasons in at this time in the United States, that I know of. Waterfowl hunting is a federal regulated activity, and the penalty would be severe to be caught hunting and especially killing out of season. Check for season dates and local regulations before doing ANYthing else.

It aint illegal if you dont get caught. If your out there blasting away with a shotgun out of season though someones gonna call the game warden. Id go with TrophyTrackers advice.
