Rain Meister

I'm listening to rain pound down on my roof right now and I'm thinking about how much I like to hunt in the rain.The heat of the early season here takes something away from the experience to me.The rain cools it off and makes the animals seem to pop up like mushrooms!The advancements in rain gear make me forget that I'm wearing it.Powder snow is my favorite condition of all,but I'll have to wait a little while for it here in FL.lol! What is everyone's favorite weather condition to hunt or fish in?

Definately snow, you get that fresh snow on the ground and it is about 20 degrees outside and all you have to do is find a cut corn field and anything can happen. My second weather choice is a heavy mist with a little bit of fog.
Those two weather senarios are my favorite. It just seems like anything can happen.

I know what you mean! That feeling is what makes us want to be out there every second we can.I want to share it with everyone I know who doesn't understand why I get so "into it".Opening day archery is tomorrow here.Now I'm all worked up! take care.
