All the new eye candy is finally hitting the shelves! Which bow or company has you considering dusting off your wallet this Summer?

I am actually leaning toward the Bear Truth 2. I am partial to Bear bows. I have the old Bear Borsalino and it has been pretty good to me. I killed my first Mule Deer with it and some turkeys with it. But it is a very heavy bow. The new Truth 2 is less than 4 pounds. It has has some pretty good reviews so far.

Yotey, I'm wit ya on Bear Archery. Shot a Bear Instinct last year and it was great. Got a 2007 Bear Truth bow on the way as I type this..last years model for $350.00 to the door. Going to shoot the ripcord fallaway rest this season. Plus the bear factory is in Gainesville, Fl.

Chad, I never owned a Bowtech, but shot The General model late last year over at Jerry's Archery in Ocala and it had no hand shock, zero recoil, and was almost zero noise. The draw cycle/valley was crap, but I think they had the speed modules on that bow instead of the smooth modules. Gonna start busting out the targets after 7/4/08 and get the bow all dialed in and ready to rock. Maybe I will actually shoot something this year LOL:D

Getting the shot is half the battle, executing it is the other half! Butcher those targets,my friend. The rest will follow.

I saw deer down there at least once a week in one spot,so having the first crack at it during bow season will be vital. I will share the info with you,if you don't have a better spot picked out, since you hooked me up with some killer info during turkey season

Thanks Chad, I will give you a hollar prior to the season. You gettin a new Bowtech this year? Been doing some mods to the Trek Mountain Bike so I can carry all my gear more comfortably.....Got any ideas for a bow rack mount?!?!

Yes. The new Dick's sporting goods in Ocala has a rack that bolts on to your handlebars and can hold a gun or a bow. It's pretty rad.
