What is the pattern that has impressed you the most,or you have the best memories with throughout history? Everybody has one or two..

I have a picture of myself in 1991, I had just called in and shot my first wild turkey, I was wearing old army woodland cammo pants, and a tree bark shirt. Didnt have head nets back then so we always put cammo face paint on.

TreeBark is one of my all time favorites! I have a couple QB Bandito headnets in that pattern and a shirt or two. I like to use it in duck and goose season in Pennsylvania just for old times sake.

I agree with Scott. Advantage Classic is my choice when I get to hunt some of my favorite hotspots in the Northwoods!

My favorite camo pattern of all time has no name. I just found it 20-some years ago in a fabric store. It's orange and brown and tan splotches. It was cheap. There was only a couple yards of it. I made a poncho of it, and used it to cover my clothes when I went bow hunting.
If you put it down on freshly fallen maple leaves and walked away 20 yards, it'd disappear. I found this out, when I used it to cover my gear one cold October morning, when I was worried I might get my gear snatched and used it to cover things up, while I removed my stand. I was standing on it, and still didn't see it.
Bottom line: I don't pay much attention to HD and 3D and all those monikers. I've got a no-name camo that is a cloak of invisibility.

I never understood the High Definition gimmick to be honest. You would think you would want a camo that blurs or fades not sticks out in high definition. Personally, I think I have a little of every camo in the closet. I wear mostly TrueBlend---its cheap and seems to work

Bill,
I believe that camo your refering to is a WWII era german camoflauge. That stuff does blend well....Tim the HD is just the process. If you look at the the Realtree AP it duplicates an up close image of the woods and then the back ground is hazy replicating distant woods...

I'm a fan of the Realtree HD actually...I've had some pretty decent birds up nice and close when I was wearing it.

Has anyone seen the New Mossy Oak Pattern yet? It's called Break Up Infinity. It was supposed to be hush/hush until Jan, after the SHOT show, but now this stuff is starting to pop up in certain places. It looks very close to Realtree AP..

Nope not yet but have heard a little about it though.
As camo for me, back in the 80's I used to wear tree bark but now most of my camo is Realtree HD with some Mossy Oak so I like to wear a little of all the brands.

I bought some ASAT camo a couple years ago. I wore it out to the woods a couple times and let my buddy borrow it cause he didnt have any camo. I havent gotten it back yet. I got some crazy looks wearing that stuff.

Great camo for your part of the world, I would say.
If it wasn't for the gun in the pic and some of your face I wouldn't see ya. LOL
