I can't seem to get the calls down...problems with constant notes on the hail call

To start with,where are you delivering your air to the call from,your mouth or your "gut"? This is the first step to breaking down the issue without actually hearing you.

I'm more blowing, cause Im doin a hail call not quaken...so i dnt know why i would huff, when hail callin...

Every call from the gut doesn't have to be just a huff.

The body can expell a lot of air from within,and the last stop on the ride to the call is the mouth instead of just blowing into the call,which makes that the start of the journey. Starting from within allows you to control the tone and get creative because you can shape or round out the sound with your mouth into the call.

not sure about your journey theory, just have problems get the note started constant and manitaining the note....
