Do you like jump-shooting?Setting up decoys and the whole nine yards? Or do you have another favorite tactic? Lets hear them!

That's my favorite too! It makes for an action packed day as well as a workout!

I like to do it the old fashoned way......paddle in put out decoys and call 'em in:eek:

It is a lot of work but it is fun.

I like that way as well. The problem down here is the ducks hang out on the river alot, and people always come blasting through in their airboats and ruin my fun! lol

I love laying in my Final Approach in a cut corn field! There is something about hunting ducks and geese over corn and deeks that trips my trigger!

This season will be my 49th! I love the experience of setting decoys & calling them into the X. Like field hunting, but prefer the splash of the birds, dog and sometimes myself:D Jim

Without a doubt I like to scout, find the birds and set up on what I believe is the X. Just like with any hunting the scouting plays a HUGE roll in the success of the hunt.

There is nothing like setting up decoys hours before the sun comes up and having a cup of coffee while sitting in waist deep water. Then calling in some ducks.

This picture was taken in one of my favorite spots in the world. I was sitting in waist deep water with an underwater stool, leaning on my aquapod boat having a cup of coffee when I took this picture. And to think some people want to outlaw hunting??
