Uploading pictures

Did we change the way we are uploading pictures? I have tried to upload the picture of my New Quaker Boy decal and I am only getting a RED X in a little box. I am doing it the same way I always have??:confused:

Pm Dave, there has been some slight changes to the operating system, maybe this has something to do with the spam controls..
