Looks like a good time....Is this held during the Fall Classic event? I have never been over for any of the BPS events, but always wanted to check'em out. Is the Fall Classic a good event to attend?

How big is the backstop on the 3-D course:confused:

The Fall Classic is a good time. The archery contest is held over the final weekend, as well as the Fl. State NWTF Calling Contest. This is a great chance to hang with Pro's from a couple different companies, as well as get some good deals on the latest hunting kit.

The 3D contest is held in the same area that the boats are stored in, and the whole back wall is nothing but square hay bales stacked to the roof.

Hey, I tried to put a positive spin on it.:D

I remember how I couldn't wait until that flier showed up in the mail, to show me what cool things were happening, or what cool people were going to be there....

Then I became a Pro Staffer, and went there with every intention of having a great time, and representing Quaker Boy and ThermaCELL, with their newest products, only to find that they didn't even have any of the new stuff b/c they were pushing some kind of agenda. The other two call companies that you find at "All Mart", had the displays and shelves stuffed with their gear, and they didn't even have the first Pro there to help customers out. Scott and I had to fight tooth and nail, just to get a table to put our stuff on to do demos, b/c the management had no clue what they were doing. It has been pretty much the same ever since. There are other stores that I go to, that know how to do it *GANDerMtnDick'sSportsmansWhse**

I will say this, though: It was rewarding to help out all the cluless people who were drawn in by the calls, and get one on one time with all of them. It is like a silent victory, when you don't see even the slightest hint of those other two big companies sending someone out to grind with the masses.

Sullivan shows up to "help" run the calling contest, and Jamie Adams now is the Primos guy. Jamie set up a little table for the Turkey Show, but I have yet to see him set up in the Fall.
