What is one of your favorite Old-School archery items? It could be anything from the classic Kwikee-Kwiver, to something totally wild, that you haven't seen in ages.....

Does anyone remember The GameTracker? The spool of line that you put in your stabilizer hole, and rigged up to your arrow, to "track" wounded game?

I actually was at the Bear Archery Factory Pro Shop months ago in Gainesville, Fl. and they had those in the $1 bin (a ton of them). I bought one and put it on ebay and sold it for $5:cool:....I'm going back sometime in July and I am going to buy $20 worth and sell'em on eBay. Never had used one before.

It was a pretty solid product, idea wise, but was a friggin' nightmare to clean up after you shot something, or got snagged in a bush:eek::D

Did Bear have any good clearance stuff? Any deals on bows,etc..

Did not check on the bows Chad, but they had a lot of top ends sights for over 50% off and also had deluxe whisker biscuits for $29...lots of clearance probably making room for all the new products this year. I know Bear did not have any new bow offerings for 09, but are expected to have a speed bow for 2010 in the making and hopefully some other goodies. Maybe a Truth III?? I might be looking to get a new stick in 2010, if Bear offers something that I cannot resist.

I will heading over there again to have them put my new string on sometime in July. I will let you know when I'm heading up, if you wanna take a ride for half a day and check things out.
