Do you warm up or stretch before shooting your bow?

What type of warm-up/stretching do you do? How long do you do it?

I havent been shooting much here lately. The old lady is back to work, so ive been working nights and watching the kids during the day. When the baby falls asleep I often grab the bow pull it back and and focus a pin on the smallest dot i can find in the room. I do this about 10 times holding it 20to 30 seconds at a time. My theory behind this is that it will improve my ability to aim, focus and the stamina to be able to keep my bow pulled back for longer periods of time as well as keeping muscles in shape to be able to pull back higher poundages.

As far as arm rolls and jumping jacks. Don't reall do any of that stuff.

I do 60 seconds of arm rotations, 30 forward and 30 back. I stretch my arms in an assortment of ways, and try to loosen up my shoulders, neck, and upper body. This helps reduce the risk of pulling muscles, and shaking from the strain of unloosened muscles and joints. If you don't believe me, just google the Asian Archery Team's warm up routine...

Nah, I'm a human who requires sleep and food, those kats are machines. The length that they go to in all sports, to be the best is amazing, and inspiring though...

I usually warm up by lifting a couple of jelly-filled donuts to my face every morning
