Phil Salzano

Phil Salzano, of Hartland, Vermont, is a self proclaimed turkey FREAK!  If you want to find Phil during the spring look no further than the turkey woods, but unless you gobble you won’t have much look getting attention from Phil.  Aside from his responsibility at Quaker Boy, Phil also serves on the pro staff for Real Deal Productions, and spends a lot of time recording all the memories spent in the woods.  Aside from turkeys Salzano spends time chasing deer and small game as well.  In the summer he spends his time  landing dry flies on tranquil waters in search of a native brook trout bite.  Phil is a very ethical outdoorsman who has been taught to respect nature and landowners.  Phil’s three daughters are coming of age and it won’t be long until they are tromping behind dad in the turkey woods.
