Quaker Boy 30-Day Return Policy 

• Eligible Products: This policy applies to all Quaker Boy products purchased directly from Quaker Boy.
• Return Period: You may return any product purchased from Quaker Boy within 30 days of the date of purchase.
• Condition of Returned Products: Products must be returned in their original condition, with all original packaging and accessories. Products that have been used or damaged will not be accepted for return.
• Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
• Refunds: Once we receive your returned product, we will process your refund within 10 business days. Refunds will be made to the same method of payment that was used to purchase the product.

Exceptions

• Custom-made or personalized products.
• Products that have been used or damaged.
• Products that have been purchased from an outside retailer. (Quaker Boy direct purchases only for refunds)

Additional Information

• If you are returning a product because it is defective, please contact Quaker Boy customer service.

• Products purchased directly from Quaker Boy are eligible for returns.  If purchased from a retailer, please contact the retailer.
